This survey has been designed with and for impact organizations who are engaging and interested in justice and equity work.

Organizational culture is complex, and everyone experiences it differently. Answer each question as honestly as possible based on your experience of what is happening currently at your organization. Do not focus on what your aspirations are. This way we can guide you to the resources that will be most useful based on where your organization is now.

Some of the questions are scenario-based. Pick the response option that best fits, even if it is not the perfect response for your organization.

This survey is designed to encourage critical reflection and action on justice and equity in an accessible and engaging way. It is not a comprehensive diagnostic or assessment tool.

Your results are anonymous and there are no right or wrong answers.
